ZnAl Tanks

ZnAl is an alloy made up of 55% aluminum,43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. Zincalume steel was first released by Bluescope in 1976 and very quickly replaced galvanized steel due to superior corrosion resistance.

Zinc-Aluminium Tanks have longer life, require low maintenance, high aesthetic appeal and are price competitive as compare to conventional ones (MS, RCC,
etc).  Our tanks come in a Strong Corrugated Profile. All tanks are stiffened with unique ‘W’ stiffeners having much higher strength and reliability than normal stiffeners.
High Grade Reinforced Liner is employed, forecasted to last 50-60 years in a fully roofed tank. Using a liner ensures there is no contact between the steel structure and the stored water (No Silicones or Sealants required). ZnAl Tank can be installed at site in 15 days whereas RCC tank will take over 2 months. For smaller tanks ranging between 50KL – 150 KL, installation/commissioning time is even less to about 4 – 5 days.

Our tanks are life-long product with maintenance free life of 15-20 years, extendable thereafter to 45-50 years with some maintenance. These tanks can bear 20 meter head pressure.  ZnAl Tanks are of modular design, can be easily relocated, expandable with increase in height Easy to lift and handle, can be installed almost anywhere. Can also be installed on building roof tops and on project sites where space is restricted. Structural load is very less, tanks are designed to withstand cyclonic wind condition of 360 km/hr wind velocity and earthquake zone IV. Liner in the tank is food grade and UV stabilized, and algae formation is zero.  Nozzles can also be added.

Tanks are available from 50KL to 4000KL and height is available up to 10m.
